Nicholas brings extensive experience working at the highest levels of executive leadership, consulting and entrepreneurship. Before founding KenCall, he was Vice President at Qwest Communications in the United States, responsible for all sales outsourcing relationships. Prior to this Nik served as a Sales Executive at US WEST and Schneider Electric. Nik started his career as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Boston. Nik received his MBA from Stanford and his Master’s in Engineering and undergraduate engineering degrees from Dartmouth College, USA. He has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Kenya for a four-year term. Nik’s high profile within Kenya makes him a much sought-after advisor and public speaker. He has been quoted extensively in the media globally. |

Prior to co-founding KenCall, Steve had an extensive career in global banking. Most recently he was the head of the Bank One’s New York office where he was responsible for all operations, sales and marketing. Steve has had an illustrious 25 year banking career across New York, Chicago, Nairobi, London and Australia.
Steve received his MBA from London Business School and his BA from the University of York. |

At KenCall, Eric is responsible for all operations within the business. Prior to co-founding KenCall, Eric worked for many years in the outsourcing arena within the tea industry. Living in Mombasa, he was the Managing Director of Consolidated Warehouses Ltd, a company that managed the logistics of handling bulk tea on behalf of the large international buyers and tea plantations. Eric, an accomplished entrepreneur, has 15 years leadership experience in diverse industries across Kenya.

Roger has over 16 years experience in software development, systems administration and network management. Prior to joining KenCall he was the Group Software Development Manager at Software Technologies Ltd. Before moving to Kenya, Roger worked for IT consultancies in Washington, DC and London and was the software architect for a UK call centre. Roger received his BA (Mathematics) from Oxford University. |
