We had questions to ask our customers and they undertook this and got feedback from the customers in real time about their sentiments of the products and services offered and how we could design efficient products and services for them.” He added that from the market survey conducted, they we were able to determine how to improve sales in the various target areas.
Both organizations are Kenyan based and have been recognized internationally and won global awards due to the quality services they offer. The strategic partnership will help bring about intelligent decisions mostly to financial institutions to try and help them build products and services that are relevant to their customers.

He added: “The main idea of contact centres is to help our clients achieve their goals and this is different in different countries. A contact centre like KenCall uses different modes for this like telephones, emails and now social media e.g. twitter.
